Improving productivity in 2023

Improving productivity in 2023
Mark Smith: There's been a lot of talk about productivity lately, especially since 90% of Australians work in the service sector. Today, we have Demi from our Sydney Contingent and Contracting team to share some productivity tips. G'day, Demi!

Demi: Hi, Mark! I've got a few tips for improving productivity.

Mark Smith: Fantastic! What's your first tip?

Demi: First, break tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces. It helps overcome procrastination and makes the work feel less overwhelming.

Mark Smith: Good one. What's the next tip?

Demi: Setting specific goals and deadlines. Clear goals and deadlines keep you focused and motivated. Prioritizing work becomes easier.

Mark Smith: Great advice. And your final tip?

Demi: Eliminate distractions. Turn off mobile devices, close unnecessary tabs, or find a quiet, distraction-free environment. It helps maintain focus.

Mark Smith: Those are valuable tips. I know distractions can be challenging. By the way, Demi, who do you think will win the Rugby Union World Cup in France?

Demi: No brainer! I'm all for the All Blacks in this Rugby World Cup.

Mark Smith: Thanks for joining us, Demi, and sharing those productivity tips!
